We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, with a variety of dining options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had great amenities such as a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was excellent. The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast with a good variety of options. The parking was safe and convenient. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and fast, which was a bonus for us. we were very happy with our stay here.

The rooms were comfy and perfect for a small family. the facilities provided were great, including a fridge and microwave in the room. the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. the location was convenient as there were restaurants within walking distance, and the parking was good.

The location of Firwood Lodge was perfect for exploring the nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The friendly waiter provided excellent service. I also appreciated the courtesy call from reception prior to our arrival, and they were very accommodating when we checked in late in the evening.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and ample facilities of our accommodation. We especially appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to explore some great local restaurants and cafes. Another advantage of our stay was the delicious breakfast offered each morning.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from our overall experience. The air conditioners could have used some maintenance, as they struggled to keep up with the hot Pretoria climate.
